We sell through one online store of our own and three marketplace accounts. Each publishes its own terms of sale, returns policy and privacy notice, and those govern orders placed there.

How an order reaches you
Most of what we sell is paid on delivery. We confirm the order before it ships, so what arrives at the door is what was agreed.

Ordered
On our own store, or on one of the marketplaces.

Confirmed
We check the address, the items and the amount due with the customer before anything ships.

Delivered
One shipment, carrying what was confirmed.

Paid
At the door where an order is paid on delivery, or at checkout where cards apply.
After the order
Payment
Which methods apply is shown before the order is placed; they depend on the channel and the market. Where cash on delivery is used, the carrier collects payment when the order is handed over.
Returns
Returns follow the consumer law of the customer's country and the terms of the channel the order was placed on. Those terms set the time limit, the condition and the refund route, and each channel publishes its own.
Where to ask
An order is handled by the channel it was placed on, so that is where to write about it first. Anything that channel cannot resolve reaches us here.
