Cosmetics, supplements and digital products
Three categories, sold to customers across Central Europe.
Cosmetics
Skincare and personal care, sold in the manufacturer's own packaging exactly as supplied.
Food supplements
Vitamins, minerals and plant-based preparations — capsules, tablets, powders and liquids.
Digital products
Guides and reference material published by us and sold through our own store, delivered electronically on the same terms as any other product.
The part that is ours
The manufacturer answers for the product. We answer for which products get sold at all, and for being able to show at any point afterwards why each one belongs in the range.
A product joins it only once it is cleared for the market it is going to. It is bought finished from a wholesale supplier established in the European Union; it arrives with the compliance file that shows what it is cleared for, and that file stays with us; and its labelling, its warnings and the business that placed it on the EU market are checked before it goes on sale. The registrations themselves stay with the manufacturer or the importer, which is where the law puts them.
That is a narrow range on purpose. Whatever cannot be evidenced does not reach a listing, and a customer never has to take our word for what is in the box.
Nothing is listed until its compliance file is in our hands.
Compliance detail
The rules each category is sold under, and what we check before a product is listed.
- Food supplementsDirective 2002/46/EC
- Everything we list is already notified for the markets in which it is offered, as the Directive and the national rules that implement it require.
- CosmeticsRegulation (EC) 1223/2009
- Every product is covered by a notification in the Cosmetic Products Notification Portal, made by the responsible person. We do not sell cosmetics under our own name or trademark, so that role is not ours.
- LabellingRegulation (EU) 2023/988
- Before a product goes on sale we check that its labelling, its warnings and the details of the responsible economic operator are present and legible.
- Language
- Product information — ingredients, quantities, directions for use and warnings — is provided in the language of the market where the product is sold.
- ClaimsRegulation (EC) 1924/2006
- Our own claims stay within those the Regulation authorises. We do not state or imply that a food supplement prevents, treats or cures any disease, and we do not present any product as a substitute for medical advice.
- Outside the range
- We do not sell medicines, medical devices, or any product that requires a prescription or pharmacy supervision. We do not sell products marketed for weight loss through pharmacological effect, and we do not sell anything on a subscription or automatic-replenishment basis.
